Target Audience

Agencies (at any level) who are involved in criminal investigations / tribunals and who are required to give evidence at court.


To enable delegates to comply with legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and ‘best practice’ when giving evidence at court / compiling court reports.

  • Delegates will leave these courses trained to give evidence at all courts or tribunals, either as a witness or an expert witness and write the related reports, by an accredited assessment centre – to include certification.
  • Produce strength of evidence in a manner which is robust, transparent and professional.
  • Trainers are either solicitors, barristers or retired police detectives
  • All courses include role play exercises – delegates are required to
  • Give evidence and be cross examined in a mock court.
  • Attend a case conference with a legal representative.
  • Courses are bespoke to the specific needs of the client.

Pre-Course Modules



Sessions will be delivered using PowerPoint, whiteboard explanation, interactive group discussion, individual tuition, film and practical interview exercises with actors.

Post Course

Delegates must complete workbooks within four weeks of course completion.
