We are a specialist fire safety training company looking for an experienced individual to assist in the administration of our day-to-day activities.
Excellent organisational skills and accuracy are important credentials for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
Ideal candidate for this position is an independent thinker, who is reliable, process-driven has an eye for detail, is committed to consistently meeting deadlines and works effectively within a team.
Assist in the administration of courses from the pre-course stage through to completion and post-course. This will include dealing with matters such as booking forms; nominal role; joining instructions; confirming course resources and preparing and despatching course material, feedback forms; updating database etc.
Communicating and liaising with customers, suppliers and staff; general office duties, e.g. sorting out post, filing, answering telephone, taking messages, updating database, ordering supplies, managing diaries, etc.
- Support the administration of assessments and qualifications including, delegates’ portfolio submission; receipt, assessment process, re-submission, qualification registration, return of work, issue of certificates and updating database.
- In addition to performing the above, any other reasonable activity necessary to ensuring the smooth-running of the Company.
Monday-Friday: 09.00-17.00: 35 Hours Per Week
£20,040 per annum
