June into apprenticeships

Join our free Q&A

ARE you an organisation thinking about signing up for fire safety apprenticeships?

Act now in concert with Xact in taking a game-changing step in time to be part of our June 2023 cohort.

Opting to enrol with Xact means apprentices get the opportunity to achieve a Level 4 Diploma while working for their Level 4 Fire Safety Inspector Apprenticeship.

Getting on aboard will ensure your organisation is doing all it can to meet competency requirements with apprentices going through a process of continual development and performance monitoring, providing quality assurance at every step.

All while benefiting from Government funding of £11,000 per apprentice via the Apprenticeship Levy.

Levy-paying companies, such as Fire and Rescue Services and NHS Trusts, can claim this amount from their levy pot for this qualification. While non-levy payers are also quids in, receiving 95 per cent Government funding for the apprenticeship.

Xact’s apprenticeship programme got off to a flying start last month with our first cohort of Level 4 Fire Safety Inspector Apprentices.

So, don’t delay: Get on board now for our next cohort starting on June 6 2023.

If you have any questions about the process, why not seize the chance to quiz Apprenticeship Manager Rachel Willis in a FREE virtual one-hour Q&A session?

Rachel will focus on how Government funding supports your organisation to develop competent fire safety professionals.

Benefits of apprenticeships to employers; how to sign up and the enrolment process also come under the spotlight.

Rachel says: “I look forward to showing you how an Xact Apprenticeship will help maximise fire safety Inspector competency.

“Regularly checking apprentices’ progress along with ongoing support from our mentoring team, and that of with their own workplace mentors, leads to confident, fully competent fire safety professionals.

“In short, our apprenticeship ticks the boxes on route to achieving fire safety training goals.”
