Specialist Fire Safety: Fire safety in existing blocks of flats

Our Fire Safety in Existing Block of Flats Course enables individuals to identify and understand fire safety measures in blocks of flats as well as assess fire safety measures in blocks of flats, aimed at Fire Safety Auditors and Fire Risk Assessors. Individuals should have prior experience in fire risk assessing or auditing buildings and be familiar with Approved Document B Volume 1 or equivalent. 

As work remains underway with the Grenfell Tower Inquiry's recommendations, Xact is following this closely as we continue our commitment in supporting the fire safety industry.

The course is 2 days in duration and is run safely and securely from your own home or preferred location via our excellent Interactive Virtual Classroom (iVC).

The course also includes assessment criteria for National Occupational Standards FS2, FS3, FS7, and FS9 of Level 4 Certificate/Diploma qualifications in Fire Safety.
