Surveillance

Our course supports delegates to conduct surveillance in line with the law and procedural codes.

Surveillance, which is carried out by both overt and covert methods, can be conducted by an individual, team or technical equipment e.g. camera or listening device.

Numerous pieces of legislation and codes apply to surveillance. Which apply depends on its type, objectives and organisation (public or private) conducting it.

To ensure delegates get the most out of training, course content is tailored to meet the specific legislative requirements of their organisation. We also work with our customers to develop appropriate scenarios relevant to their sectors.

The course, which has a significant practical element, complies with Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000. For our RIPA courses: RIPA
