Internet open source investigations

Internet open source investigationsCCTVCCTV

Our course supports delegates to use the World Wide Web effectively to gather information and evidence for investigation and enforcement.

Investigators and enforcers need to be able to exploit the internet throughly and systematically because it is a great information resource but it must be recognised that the quality and integrity of its material varies vastly.

To help delegates get the most out of the net, we demonstrate the extent of available information - free of charge or upon payment or subscription - and how to find it.

Our one-day training programme includes e-mail tracing, ebay enquiries and interrogation of social networking sites. Training features topic areas relevant to delegates’ organisations with live examples.

We also offer a two-day fully interactive programme at sites with work stations and internet access for each delegate. Xact is happy to provide work stations if required.
