Enforcement

We have designed a course that aims to give an overview of well-structured enforcement methodology and includes a focus on managing penalties for non-compliance.

Many stages, disciplines and skills are involved in effectively managing and enforcing regulations and laws.

Plus, the way enforcement is conducted is governed by factors such as targets; government or organisational objectives; risks to public safety and well being and resources and capabilities.

So it may be that your training needs are outside the scope of this course, in which case we would be happy to arrange enforcement training addressing a specific requirement. Please contact Xact so we can discuss your training needs
