Target audience

Training courses for Environmental Health Officers who enforce the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005

Aim

To provide delegates with the skills and techniques to develop rigorous and ethical approaches to successful investigation to gain compliance or prosecution.

Outcomes

To enable delegates to:

  • Understand the background to CNEA legislation
  • Identify the "points to prove" of offences
  • Recognise the process for issuing fixed penalty notices
