Terms and conditions policy

These are the terms and conditions for booking places on open courses provided by Xact Consultancy and Training Limited (Xact).

This policy will be reviewed periodically.

Course booking

Once we have received your booking you will be invoiced for course fees.

Deposit

Where booking instructions indicate a deposit can be paid. A deposit of £200 per delegate will secure a place on each course. Full payment must be received 28 working days before the course commences. Deposits are non-refundable.

Payment

Course places will be held for 10 working days of booking when payment must be received. We will send you a letter confirming your place on the course. Xact reserves the right to cancel the course booking if payment is not received within time frames outlined above.

Joining instructions

Joining instructions, including venue details, will be issued four weeks prior to the start of the course.

Course details

Unless otherwise notified the teaching day is from 9 am to 5 pm.

Special requirements

If you have any dietary, access or learning requirements, please notify us when you book so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

Cancellation by customer

Open courses - if you cancel a booking on a course we will try and fill your place. You will incur charges equivalent to the loss suffered by Xact.

No refund will be given for non-attendance of courses.

In-house courses – The following percentages of the total amount pre-booked will be charged at:

• Cancellation 8-16 weeks before event, cancellation charge 25%
• Cancellation 4-8 weeks before event, cancellation charge 50%
• Cancellation 2-4 weeks before event, cancellation charge 75%
• Cancellation 0-2 weeks before event, cancellation charge 100%

Cancellation by Xact

Xact has the right to alter or cancel published dates and/or change venues without liability. If any changes occur delegates will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative at no extra charge or a refund.
